Oil-Only absorbent sheeting mat – absorption mat for the targeted absorption of oil on land and on water

The Oil-Only absorbent sheeting mat was specially developed for applications where only oil and oil-based liquids are to be absorbed. As a buoyant absorption mat, it supports effective leakage management and is suitable for use both on land and on water surfaces.

The absorption mat consists of eight layers of 100 % polypropylene. This structure enables a high absorption capacity for oils, fuels and other oil-containing liquids, while water is reliably repelled. This ensures that the absorbent sheeting mat remains ready for use even on bodies of water and supports targeted emergency management in the event of leaks or contamination.

Particularly for smaller cleaning tasks, the light-weight model offers an economical solution. The absorption mat can be laid out flexibly and is suitable for securing work areas, machines, containers or systems that are prone to splashes, drips and leaks. In this way, contamination can be absorbed early on and the spread of oily liquids can be limited.

Even when fully saturated, the absorption mat impresses with its high material stability. The absorbent sheeting does not tear or fray, making handling easier. The buoyancy also enables use on water surfaces to absorb spilled oils in a targeted manner and keep affected areas clean. The absorption mat thus supports safe and controlled leakage management in industry, workshops, warehouses and operations.
