Hose lifter FORCE-LIFT load capacity 75 kg

The hose lifter FORCE-LIFT is the first vacuum lifter that moves loads up to 75 kg with just one hand. It combines high lifting capacity with easy handling and makes daily lifting tasks significantly easier. Thanks to the modular design, the lifting unit and suction gripper adapt precisely to different working conditions and goods to be lifted. With the integrated quick-change coupling, cartons, sacks, canisters or drums can be picked up without interruption. Individually selectable vacuum generators enable use for almost any material.

The patented valve technology allows vacuum-gripped goods to be parked in various positions. Thanks to the 360° rotation in the horizontal plane and a 90° tilting function, loads can be gripped vertically and moved horizontally. The operating handle is intuitively designed, so that users become familiar with all functions within a very short time. The lifting device features extensive equipment: quick-change coupling, motor protection switch (protects vacuum generators from winding damage), as well as an integrated quick-release function for quickly detaching the load. These features of the vacuum lifter increase productivity, accelerate workflows and at the same time offer maximum safety.
