The handheld steel strapping tool for sleeveless notched seals features high speed operation and a high output in demanding situations. Equipped with numerous performance enhancing features, it improves productivity in a wide range of applications – both stationary and mobile, anywhere in the facility. The BST enables reproducible strapping applications with unlimited mobility, and without any of the trip hazards and limitations of air systems. With an ergonomic design and several productivity enhancing features, this new tool offers unparalleled performance for demanding jobs. The tool simplifies operation and maximises reliability with an electronically controlled and reproducible strapping process. This newly launched product features a sleeveless notched seal that increases security and ensures stability for loads that require a lot of tension. The tool also allows for increased operating efficiency with a battery charging time of just 30 minutes and up to 500 cycles per charge. These features enable smooth, uninterrupted operation with full mobility throughout the premises. While the tool is also effective for stationary applications, its mobility eliminates tripping hazards and restrictions due to air systems. This new tool is the latest battery powered hand tool for steel strapping. Building on the success of the models that use sleeves, the tool offers the same ease of use and benefits for improved flexibility and functionality. The tool's innovative design is lightweight and ergonomic, making operation effortless. Smart features include an intuitive touchscreen user interface, real time strapping status display, and visual and acoustic signals. The touchscreen interface also allows quick and convenient adjustment of strapping parameters to suit the package. Users can also select manual, semi automatic or fully automatic operating modes, as well as programme preferred settings for accurate and reproducible strap tensioning.

No more anomalies due to fluctuations in the air system. A high power battery and brushless motor technology ensure an electronically controlled and reproducible strapping process. Intelligent features include real time display of the steel strapping status and visual and acoustic signals.

Simplified operation
The tools feature an intuitive touchscreen user interface and allow quick and convenient adjustment of strapping parameters to suit requirements, with manual, semi automatic or fully automatic operating modes able to be selected. Strap widths of 13, 16 and 19 mm can be set to suit the respective job.
