Platform scales – KERN dual range scales, can be calibrated

Platform: stainless steel weighing plate, painted steel base, silicon coated aluminium weighing cell, dust and splash water protection IP65. Check weighing: a visual and acoustic signal helps with portioning, metering and sorting. Table foot incl. wall mounting bracket for the evaluation unit as standard. Practical flip-flop evaluation unit allows flexible positioning e.g. free standing or bolted to the wall (optional). Turning the upper housing shell allows the angle of the display and the cable outlet to be determined. Supplied complete with protective cover.

Calibration program (CAL): for adjusting the precision. An external calibration weight is required. Data interface RS-232: for connecting the scales to a printer, PC or network. GLP/ISO protocol: with weight value, date and time. Number of items: optional reference item counting. Display can be switched from items to weight. The weight values of similar goods for weighing can be added up and printed out as a sum. Percentage calculated: displays the difference from the reference weight (100%) in % instead of grams. Weighing with tolerance range (check weighing): upper and lower limit can be programmed, e.g. when sorting and portioning. Vibration-free weighing (animal weighing program): vibrations are filtered out to produce a stable weight value. Protection type IP65 in accordance with DIN EN 60529: suitable for brief contact with liquids. A moist cloth can be used for cleaning. Dustproof. Universal mains adapter: with a universal input and optional input plug adapters for EU, GB, USA. Strain gauges: ribbon shaped electric resistor, which is bonded to an elastic spring element. Measured value determined by change to the resistance. Battery operation: rechargeable set. DAkkS calibration possible. Data interface USB: for connecting the scales to printers, PCs or other peripheral devices. Data interface Wi-Fi: for connecting the scales to printers, PCs or other peripheral devices. Network interface: for connecting the scales to an Ethernet network. Possible for KERN using an RS-232/LAN converter for universal connection. Can be calibrated.
