The automatic levelling device enables safe, faster and easier loading and unloading of pallets. Air pressure is used to adapt the PL 2002 to different loads. Once adapted to suit the load, the pallet leveller keeps the surface of the load at the same, ideal working height. This means the worker does not have to bend, stretch and twist constantly, this being the most common causes of back problems.
The PL 2002 offers employees 360° access to the load. All components are housed within the diameter of the turntable with ball bearings. Nothing protrudes, projects or blocks the way – ensuring there are no areas to which access is limited.
The rotary lift table is ideally suited for applications for loads (up to 2000 kg) that change frequently and dramatically.
No power connection required. Simply pump up the air cushion with compressed air or a portable compressor and use the device anywhere!
Integrated guide rails make using a stacker for repositioning easy.
Takes a lot of strain off the back – fewer sick days.
