Operator platform with NEO e-module – eurokraft pro for box trolley

The combination of operator platform and E-module extends existing eurokraft pro platform trolleys into comfortable, electrically powered work equipment for internal material flow. The retrofit system enables energy-saving transport of goods over longer distances and ensures ergonomic, safe and efficient working in warehousing, production and logistics.

Operator Platform
The operator platform is designed for the E-module series and allows one person to drive with a platform trolley and electric drive, on which the goods are transported. The operator stands securely on the platform, controls the electric drive directly via the drawbar head and thus moves effortlessly with the trolley. This reduces walking distances, minimises physical strain and makes work processes in warehousing and production significantly more efficient.

The operator platform is connected to the platform trolley via an angled ball joint and can be easily assembled or disassembled if required. This allows for straightforward retrofitting of an existing transport device with an E-module. The ergonomic control via the drawbar head ensures easy steering: the system is very manoeuvrable, track-stable and tip-proof. The operator platform is equipped with non-slip checker plate, step-over protection and all-round foot protection. The tubular steel frame with perforated sheet metal back panel ensures safe driving.

The load capacity is a maximum of 500 kg for the platform trolley and 150 kg for the operator platform. When using the operator platform, the load capacity of the trolley is reduced by the weight of the person to at least 350 kg. Delivery is disassembled, assembly is simple. Only usable in combination with the designated eurokraft pro platform trolleys.

E-Module
The E-module is characterised by intuitive operation with perfect control, to transport loads easily. The drive battery consists of a lithium-ion exchangeable battery, whose charge status can be visually checked via a battery level indicator. The operating time is up to 8 hours per battery charge with average use. The exchangeable battery system makes it easy to swap a flat battery for a full one, to ensure uninterrupted operation. The connection between the drawbar head and the drive is wireless via Bluetooth, which also enables use in fleet operations. The charging time is only 6 hours for a full charge.

The E-module offers easy navigation, supported by fatigue-free operation thanks to the ergonomically shaped, multifunctional drawbar head. Light steering is ensured by sturdy tubular grips, and stepless speed control is achieved via two thumb buttons, with a maximum speed of 4 km/h. If required, a creep speed can be activated, which enables highly precise forward and reverse driving. Additional safety features include a warning function in the form of a horn on the drawbar head as well as an anti-crush button that prevents crushing when reversing. The integrated foot protection ensures that there is no risk of crushing under the drive. The E-module does not require a certificate of competence for operation and features anti-theft protection through access control via a lock on the drive battery.
