The 3M™ particulate insert filter 5935 adds high-performance class P3 R particle protection to suitable gas filters. Easy installation, a secure fit and reduced breathing resistance support comfortable use of personal protective equipment.
The insert filter is designed for combination with 3M™ gas filters. It can be inserted quickly and replaced just as easily. The precision-fit design ensures that the respiratory filter sits correctly on the gas filter. This facilitates daily handling and supports the reliable assembly of the respiratory protection solution.
The 3M™ particulate insert filter 5935 has been tested and approved in accordance with EN 143:2000. Protection level P3 R is suitable for protection against solid and liquid particles. The respiratory filter thus supports demanding applications where high filter performance is required. The specific conditions of use must be checked on the basis of the risk assessment and the manufacturer's instructions.
The reduced breathing resistance contributes to a comfortable fit. Even during prolonged tasks, the strain from breathing remains low. In addition, the particulate filters can be replaced independently of the filters for gases and vapours. This enables replacement as needed and can reduce material consumption within personal protective equipment. The applicable replacement intervals and application specifications must be observed.
The respiratory filter facilitates regular inspection of the filter components and supports structured handling of the respirator mask.
