Drawbar and coupling set for pallet dollies

The drawbar and coupling set enables the safe assembly of a tugger train with up to four pallet dollies. With a maximum towing weight of 2000 kg, several dollies can be efficiently connected to each other and moved together. This simplifies internal transport processes and reduces the number of individual journeys.

The drawbar and coupling set for pallet dollies consists of a screw-on drawbar and a matching coupling. As standard, the drawbar is mounted on the swivel castor side. A model for the fixed castor side is also available on request. The drawbar made of folded sheet metal profile with the dimensions 520 x 50 mm ensures a robust connection between the dollies. The eyes with a diameter of 30 mm and the coupling pin made from a shaft with 20 mm diameter ensure a stable and reliable coupling. The coupling pin features a hole for a spring cotter pin, which is, however, not included in the scope of delivery.
