Free-standing ashtray with tubular arch and roof for clean outdoor areas

The combination ashtray with tubular arch and roof combines a robust outdoor waste collector with an integrated ashtray insert. Its weather resistant steel construction and the protective roof are particularly suitable for permanent outdoor use.

The head section and body are made of zinc plated sheet steel. Depending on the model, the surfaces are powder coated or hot dip galvanised. The tubular arch and base plate are manufactured in a zinc plated finish for all versions. This careful surface protection increases the resistance to weather influences and supports a long service life. The roof additionally protects the insertion areas from direct precipitation.

The free-standing ashtray allows the central disposal of cigarette ends and ordinary waste. The head section holds the ashtray insert and at the same time serves as a clamping device for plastic bags with a capacity of 60 or 70 litres. This ensures the inserted bag remains securely in position. Separate brackets are not required.

Two locks lock the head section and body. Operation is performed with a square key. This protects the interior from accidental opening and yet allows the responsible personnel quick access when emptying.

Changing the bag is also straightforward. After unlocking the locks, the combination ashtray is tilted forwards. The head section can then be removed and the filled plastic bag replaced. This clearly structured process reduces the time required for regular maintenance and cleaning work.

The outdoor ashtray is delivered fully assembled and is ready for use without prior assembly. As a sturdy outdoor waste collector, it is suitable for entrance areas, smoking zones, company premises, public institutions and other busy outdoor areas.
