The BLACK BULL FLEX+ crash protection railing L-Line with forklift guard was developed especially for areas with increased safety requirements and offers particularly comprehensive crash protection for industry, warehouses and logistics. The focus is on protection on two levels: in addition to the classic railing function, the integrated forklift guard reliably prevents industrial trucks from driving underneath and thus minimises additional accident and damage risks.

The combination of an upper crash protection railing and lower collision protection creates a continuous protection solution from the floor to the work area. These two protection levels ensure significantly higher safety compared to conventional crash protection systems and guarantee holistic protection for people, vehicles, shelving and infrastructure.

With its certified dynamic load capacity according to PAS 13:2017, the system meets the highest safety standards in the industrial environment. At the same time, FLEX+ relies on modern technology instead of rigid barriers: impact forces are effectively absorbed through elastic deformation, distributed over the entire protection line and then dissipated. After a collision, the system resets itself automatically, meaning the protective effect is permanently maintained and cost-intensive repairs are reduced.

Especially in picking areas, loading zones, traffic routes, rack aisles and machine zones, the crash protection system offers decisive advantages. Wherever forklift traffic meets work areas and there is an increased risk of underrun accidents, the system ensures clear, safe demarcation and additional floor protection.

Thanks to its modular design, the crash protection railing with forklift guard can be flexibly planned, extended and optimally adapted to existing operational structures.
