The BLACK BULL FLEX+ S-Line impact protection railing with forklift guard offers enhanced pedestrian protection for areas with heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic. It was specially developed for locations where, in addition to conventional protection at railing height, hazards at ground level must also be reliably prevented.

Thanks to the integrated forklift guard, vehicles, especially forklift trucks with fork tips, are already stopped at ground level. This effectively prevents vehicles from entering pedestrian zones or work areas. In combination with the S-Line railing, a continuous, two-stage protection solution is created, which ensures a clear and safe separation of pedestrian, traffic and work areas.

The two safety levels significantly increase the level of protection compared to conventional railing solutions and ensure maximum safety in everyday operations. At the same time, the system, with its certified dynamic load absorption according to PAS 13:2017, meets the highest requirements in industrial environments.
The FLEX+ system deliberately relies on modern technology: impact energy is absorbed through elastic deformation, evenly distributed across the entire protection line and subsequently reduced. After a collision, the system returns to its original shape, so that both the protective effect and clear route guidance are permanently maintained.

Thanks to its modular design, the impact protection railing can be flexibly adapted to different operating structures and expanded at any time if required. This solution is particularly suitable for order picking areas, traffic routes with pedestrian guidance, assembly zones as well as intersection areas with mixed traffic.
