The PROCITY SILAOS® bench made of recycled plastic without a backrest combines a linear design with a steel and plastic construction. It is suitable as seating for public and commercial outdoor areas, for example parks, squares, green spaces and recreation areas on company premises. The model without a backrest and arm rests gives the bench a clean, minimalist appearance.
The load-bearing structure consists of hot dip galvanised and powder coated steel tubing with a cross-section of 30 x 50 mm. The frame is designed in charcoal and provides a colour contrast to the brown seat. Two feet form the base structure of the bench and are intended for fixing via base plates.
The seat consists of three 40 mm thick slats made of recycled plastic. The plastic slats are equipped with internal reinforcements made of hot dip galvanised steel with a cross-section of 25 x 6 mm. These reinforcements complement the construction of the seat and are not visible from the outside. The three parallel slats form a continuous seat surface.
The bench is 1800 mm wide and thus offers space for several people. The seat height is 450 mm and the seat depth is 393 mm. With an overall depth of 448 mm, the bench is designed without an additional backrest or arm rest structure.
Assembly is carried out via base plates for fixing at the intended installation site. The bench is delivered disassembled and assembled on site. The combination of zinc plated steel tubing, reinforced recycled plastic slats and the backrest-free design forms a functional seating solution for outdoor areas.
