CONTOUR 90° corner panel – space-saving corner solution for machine protection

The CONTOUR 90° corner panel complements the X-GUARD CLASSIC machine protective fencing with an elegant, space-saving corner design. Thanks to its rounded contour, the element enables easy navigation around protected machine areas and supports a clear layout of production and working zones.

The welded wire mesh is mounted on a sturdy rectangular tubular frame. With a mesh size of 30 x 50 mm and a wire thickness of 3.0 or 2.5 mm, the corner panel provides a solid partition within the X-GUARD CLASSIC system. The structure is made of steel and is powder coated in graphite black RAL 9011. As a result, the protective element blends discreetly into industrial environments and is designed for regular use.

The 90° element features external dimensions of 600 x 600 mm and a radius of 500 mm. It is available in heights of 1900 mm and 2200 mm, allowing it to be selected to match the respective protective fencing installation. The mounting brackets are already integrated or included in the scope of delivery of the system. Delivery is made pre-assembled, reducing on-site installation time and effort.

The CONTOUR 90° corner panel is ideal for machine enclosures, manufacturing areas, assembly workstations and automated production facilities. It enables flexible, space-conscious planning of machine protective fencing and supports a clear separation between the machine area and the working environment.
