Machine protective fencing X-GUARD CLASSIC – reliable demarcation for machines and robots
The machine protective fencing X-GUARD CLASSIC offers a sturdy and flexible solution for safeguarding machines, systems and robots. With a height of 1900 mm and a designated safety distance of 200 mm from the hazard zone, the wall element provides a clear separation between the working area and technical equipment. The design complies with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The welded wire mesh is mounted on a solid rectangular tube frame. The mesh size of 30 x 50 mm makes reaching through into the protected area difficult. Vertical tubes measuring 20 x 30 mm, horizontal tubes measuring 25 x 15 mm as well as a wire thickness of 3.0 and 2.5 mm respectively ensure a solid and durable model. The surface is high-quality powder coated in graphite black RAL 9011.
Assembly is carried out via a practical click-in function on the matching floor posts. This allows the wall element to be installed quickly and flexibly expanded if required. Depending on the system concept, there is a selection of widths from 250 to 1500 mm. Using suitable door extension kits, the wall elements can be complemented to create single-leaf, double-leaf or sliding doors. This allows the protective fence system to be adapted to different access and maintenance requirements.
The machine protective fencing is ideal for production lines, assembly areas, automated systems, robot cells and industrial workstations. Special dimensions are available on request. Delivery is assembled.
