Container for document shredding – secure collection with 415 litres capacity

The container for document shredding enables the secure collection of large quantities of confidential documents. With 415 litres capacity, the spacious data protection container creates a reliable basis for orderly disposal processes in companies, public authorities and public institutions.

The document container is made of aluminium and is designed for regular stress in everyday commercial use. All-round, sturdy pressed profiles reinforce its edges. As a result, the container remains dimensionally stable even during frequent transport and with a high fill level. At the same time, the comparatively low weight of the aluminium facilitates internal handling.

A hinged lid with a rim profile closes the data protection container reliably. Two retaining straps hold the lid securely in position when opened. Files, data material and other papers can be easily deposited via the integrated deposit slot. The reach-through protection makes subsequent removal of the documents difficult. In addition, the toggle fastener with integrated cylinder lock protects the contents from unauthorised access. This makes the document container particularly suitable for sensitive documents from human resources, accounting, administration or customer service.

For safe and convenient transport, the data protection container is equipped as standard with two fixed castors and two swivel castors. The solid rubber wheels with a diameter of 125 mm run smoothly and are durable. Wheel locks secure the container at the intended location against rolling away unintentionally. The castor equipment complies with DIN EN 1757:2022-08.

Due to its large holding capacity, the document container reduces the effort required for frequent emptying. Confidential papers can be collected centrally, protected from unauthorised access and stored securely until the scheduled document shredding.
