The lightweight roller conveyor, aluminium with plastic rollers, ensures a continuous material flow and can be flexibly integrated into existing conveyor lines thanks to its modular design. It reduces manual transport routes and supports the smooth transport of small packaged goods up to 25 kg.

The lightweight roller conveyor with plastic rollers offers an efficient solution for recurring conveying processes and relieves internal material flows. Compared to transport with pallet trucks or stackers, conveying is independent of larger batches. Packaged goods are transported continuously and without waiting times to the next production, picking or packaging step. The conveyor technology is based on a sturdy construction with smooth-running plastic rollers and is suitable for various undersides of conveyed goods. Both smooth bases and structured surfaces are reliably moved at a gradient of 2 % to 5 %. To ensure safe running, conveyed goods should be at least 190 mm long. This ensures they rest on at least three load rollers at all times. Supplied track connectors enable direct mains connection to existing conveyor lines. Optionally available supports allow individual adaptation of the roller conveyor to the respective requirements. At the same time, the max. load can be flexibly influenced via the spacing of the supports. The modular system can be extended to any length and grows with changing production or logistics processes.
