Lightweight roller conveyor, steel with plastic rollers – Blume track width 300 mm

The light roller conveyor, steel with plastic rollers, enables the continuous transport of small unit loads and supports a smooth material flow. Thanks to its modular design, the light roller conveyor with plastic rollers can be flexibly integrated into existing conveyor lines and adapted to different requirements of conveyor technology. This relieves material flows and noticeably reduces manual transport routes.

The roller conveyor is suitable for transporting unit loads up to 25 kg and represents efficient additional models to the use of pallet trucks or stackers for recurring conveying processes. In contrast to these solutions, transport is continuous and independent of larger batches. This allows even smaller conveyed goods to reach the next production, picking or packaging step without waiting times. The sturdy U-profile made of zinc plated steel ensures a durable construction. The plastic rollers are designed for different underside surfaces of conveyed goods and reliably transport both unit loads with smooth bases and structured surfaces. A slight incline of 2 % to 5 % is sufficient to enable smooth running. Conveyed goods should be at least 190 mm long so that they rest on at least three load rollers at all times.

Supplied conveyor connectors as well as optionally available supports enable a flexible adjustment of the roller conveyor. The max. load can be adjusted to the respective requirements via the spacing of the supports. The modular system can be expanded as required and easily integrated into existing conveyor technology.

The light roller conveyor with plastic rollers is suitable for production plants, warehouses, dispatch areas and packaging stations with regularly recurring conveying processes. The roller conveyor supports the continuous material flow of small unit loads, reduces the manual transport effort and can be flexibly adapted to changing requirements of conveyor technology.
