Custom printed rotating board, mobile – eurokraft pro printed on one side

Design the mobile revolving board to match your workflows. Use the custom-printed side as a production and planning board, KPI or daily management board, safety board or warehouse plan, for example. Tables, calendars, labels, graphics and company logos can also be implemented according to your specifications.

The printed surface is magnetic, writable and dry-wipe. The print is located under the stove enamelled surface layer, making it permanently protected and UV-resistant. The other side of the board consists of enamelled sheet steel and is suitable for daily use.
The board can be rotated through 360° around the horizontal axis and locked at any desired angle. The white painted steel frame has a full-length tray and four swivel castors, two with stops. The board consists of a moulded chipboard core with a silver-matt anodised aluminium frame and rounded plastic corners.

How to submit your artwork:
1. Determine dimensions
Specify all dimensions in mm. Clearly indicate whether these are the external dimensions of the board or the printable area inside the frame. Create the artwork to fit the selected board surface and keep important content at a sufficient distance from the edge.

2. Define layout
For tables, specify the number of fields, columns and rows. Also state their widths, heights or spacings in mm. Mark header rows, fixed labels and special fields.

3. Plan magnetic pockets
For magnetic pockets, state the paper format A3, A4 or A5 as well as orientation, quantity and position. Due to the magnetic strip around the edges, the pocket is larger than the actual paper format. Therefore, if possible, also indicate the gross dimensions or the pocket product used.

4. Provide logos, texts and colours
Where possible, send logos as a vector file in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG format. Specify the desired size and position. Supply all texts complete and spellchecked. For a design according to your corporate design specifications, please also send the corresponding colour values and any required font files.

5. Submit documents
A print template as a PDF or EPS is ideal. A dimensioned sketch or Excel file is also possible. You do not need a print-ready file. It is important that all necessary details are complete. Our DTP department can create the print template for you for an additional charge.

6. Approve proof
Prior to production, you will receive a proof. Check the dimensions, layout, texts, colours and logos carefully. You then approve the design for production.
Please note: the printed revolving board is manufactured individually according to your specifications. As an order-specific custom made model, it cannot be returned.

Sturdy board design with a core made of solid moulded chipboard. Silver-matt anodised aluminium frame with rounded plastic corners. Sturdy wheeled base made of white painted steel with a practical, full-length tray.

One side of the board consists of enamelled sheet steel and is designed for daily use. The enamel coating is stove enamelled at approx. 800 °C and ensures a particularly resistant writing surface.

On the other side of the board, the custom motif is stove enamelled under the enamelling according to customer artwork. The printed surface is magnetic, writable, dry-wipe and UV-resistant.
