Dispensing hopper with front flap
The dispensing hopper is suitable for the separate collection, storage and emptying of bulk materials. The front flap with an opening of 1050 x 650 mm can be unlatched from the stacker seat via a pull cable, provides quick access to the contents and facilitates emptying at the desired place of use. This makes the container suitable for recyclables, production waste, granulates and other dry bulk materials in industry, trade and recycling.
The construction consists of sturdy 2 mm sheet steel. Surrounding reinforcement increases the load-bearing capacity and provides additional dimensional stability in daily operation. The base frame is equipped with forklift pockets. This allows the container to be picked up with a forklift truck, transported and positioned at different workstations.
The 30° base incline supports bulk material sliding towards the front flap. This facilitates rapid emptying and reduces residues in the container. Up to three containers can be stacked on top of each other for space-saving storage. This allows the available floor space to be used efficiently.
The dispensing hopper is available in various sizes. Depending on the model, capacities of, for example, 0.50, 0.75 or 1.00 m³ are available for selection. Different options also exist for the surface finish. Hot dip galvanised models in accordance with EN ISO 1461 and painted versions in various RAL colours are available. This allows the container to be selected to suit max. load, available space, area of application and operational marking.
