Drum tipper for 200-litre drum – controlled drum handling up to 230 kg
The drum tipper for 200-litre drums combines loading, transport, storage and emptying in a sturdy drum tipping device. The mobile construction facilitates operational processes and enables controlled handling of heavy drums.
The drum tipping device is designed for 200-litre drums in accordance with DIN 6643 M1 and M2. It accommodates drums with a diameter of approximately 580 mm and carries loads up to a maximum of 230 kg. It therefore offers a heavy-duty solution for regular drum handling in production, workshops, warehouses and maintenance.
The construction made of sturdy tubular steel ensures the necessary durability in demanding everyday operations. A powder coating protects the surface and supports a long service life. As standard, the drum tipper is finished in light blue RAL 5012.
Two swivel castors and two axle wheels made of robust nylon make the drum tipping device mobile. This allows drums to be moved within the company without additional means of transport and positioned at the intended location of use. The supplied textile strap secures the loaded drum and prevents uncontrolled slipping during handling.
A drum dispensing height of 520 mm creates sufficient space to position suitable containers under the outlet. This allows liquids to be dispensed in a clean and controlled manner. At the same time, the tilted storage enables demand-based dispensing of the drum contents. This reduces time-consuming repositioning and simplifies repetitive dispensing processes.
The drum tipper is suitable for the reliable picking up, internal transport, space-saving storage and controlled emptying of standardised 200-litre drums. Particularly during regular drum handling, the device supports structured work processes and reduces manual effort.

Available in almost any RAL colour. Custom colours are manufactured to individual customer specifications and are therefore excluded from the right of cancellation and return.
