- For maximum container emptying
- Spring mechanism for automatic tilting
- Tilting frame with securing corners
- Hot dip galvanised steel construction – robust and durable
IBC residual emptier for pallet racking – automatic tilting for a greater yield of contents
The IBC residual emptier for pallet racking supports the complete emptying of 1000-litre containers. An integrated spring mechanism automatically tilts the IBC forward depending on the fill level and guides remaining liquid to the outlet.
The hot dip galvanised steel construction makes the dispensing device robust and resilient. It is designed for continuous use in warehouses, production and dispensing areas. The galvanisation protects the dispensing system from corrosion and contributes to a long service life under demanding operating conditions.
During emptying, the tilt automatically adjusts to the falling fill level. The less contents there are in the container, the more the spring mechanism raises the rear section. The maximum lifting is 95 mm. During emptying, the frame reaches a height of 265 mm at the rear. This allows residual quantities to flow better towards the outlet without having to manually lift or reposition the IBC.
The sturdy tilting frame is equipped with safety corners. They support controlled positioning of the 1000-litre IBC on the dispensing device. Bolted brackets serve to lock it securely in the pallet racking. In this way, the dispensing system can be reliably integrated into existing warehouse and dispensing processes.
Better residual emptying reduces avoidable material losses and simplifies the subsequent container change. At the same time, the effort required to painstakingly remove residual quantities from the IBC is reduced. This is economically highly relevant, especially for frequent dispensing operations and high-value liquids.
The IBC residual emptier is suitable for businesses that store and empty 1000-litre IBCs directly in the pallet racking. Typical areas of application are production, chemical storage, food processing and industrial dispensing stations.

Recyclable
Recyclable products are products that can be recycled at the end of their service life, providing they are separated into all their individual components in designated recycling facilities. This means that the individual components are made of materials that can be exploited using the recycling process and be reprocessed into new products. Recyclable products help reduce the environmental impact of waste and to conserve resources.
