Drum insulation cover – reliable insulation at temperatures up to 200 °C

The drum insulation cover ensures effective insulation of 200–220-l drums and reliably protects the drum contents from rapid heat loss via the top. The heat-resistant cover is designed for temperatures up to 200 °C and supports constant process conditions in demanding applications.

The cover consists of high-quality polyester fabric with glass fibre insulation. This material combination offers reliable insulation and helps to keep the heat in the drum for longer. This makes it suitable for processes in which temperature-dependent media are processed or stored. At the same time, the cooling of the drum contents is reduced, which supports the efficiency of many workflows.

The drum insulation cover is suitable for indoor use as well as in covered outdoor areas. It meets the requirements of EU Directive 2015/863/EU and impresses with its robust workmanship for professional use in industry, production, laboratory and workshop.

The cover can be combined particularly effectively with a drum heating jacket. While the heating jacket brings the medium up to temperature or maintains it, the insulation helps to reduce heat loss via the upper drum area. This contributes to a more even temperature distribution and can reduce energy consumption. The custom-fit cover is specially designed for 200–220-l drums and is a useful addition to existing heating systems.
