Product description
- For steel and plastic drums from 60 – 220 litres and waste containers
- Drum holder with rotary mechanism
- 360° rotation range
- Tipping process with continuous chain
- Mounts for forklift trucks, wheel loaders and cranes
The drum tipper for stacker and crane operation with continuous chain enables the safe picking up, transporting, tilting, turning and setting down of a wide variety of containers. The robust drum handling device is suitable for steel and plastic drums from 60 to 220 litres as well as for 120- and 240-litre waste containers. Pick-up can be carried out using a forklift truck, wheel loader or crane.
The drum holder with rotating mechanism offers a 360° turning range. This allows drums to be turned completely and liquids or bulk materials to be emptied in a targeted manner. The tipping process is carried out via a continuous chain. Infinitely variable operation enables controlled positioning and metered pouring without the container having to be moved directly by hand.
A prism with tension strap holds the drum securely in the mount. This prevents slipping during transport and tipping. The double worm gear supports power transmission when turning heavy containers and makes operation easier. The sturdy steel base frame is designed for regular use in warehouses, production, waste disposal and workshops.
The forklift pockets are designed for fork arms with a cross-section of 150 x 60 mm and a clear distance of 650 mm. An additional safety lock protects against accidental slipping off. The drum tipper is available with an optional painted surface in yellow orange RAL 2000 or in a zinc plated model.
