Lithium-ion batteries are indispensable in our everyday lives, but pose significant risks. The VLITEX battery safety box offers maximum safety and flexibility for storing, charging and transporting batteries. Developed to slow down the spread of heat, smoke and fire in the event of a fire, the box reliably protects the surrounding area – whether charging, storing or transporting batteries. The box gives you valuable time in the event of a fire. In the event of a fire, toxic gases and smoke are produced, which must escape to prevent a build-up of pressure. Other products can swell up and explode. The VLITEX battery safety box allows the controlled escape of gases, while the surrounding area remains protected from flames and heat.

Safety notice: The box size L was successfully tested with 3 x LiPo 6200 mAh batteries (+90% charged), the box size XL with 1 x Li-ion 740 Wh battery (+90% charged).
Nevertheless: The boxes are not a guaranteed protection against battery explosions. They are designed to provide temporary containment to reduce the immediate risk and allow time for emergency measures.

Recyclable
Recyclable products are products that can be recycled at the end of their service life, providing they are separated into all their individual components in designated recycling facilities. This means that the individual components are made of materials that can be exploited using the recycling process and be reprocessed into new products. Recyclable products help reduce the environmental impact of waste and to conserve resources.
