Electric chain hoist DC-ComA II with manual drive dolly

The Demag DC-ComA II electric chain hoist meets all the requirements of a Demag quality product and sets benchmarks in industrial standards for hoists. It is an exceptionally flexible chain hoist that can be installed and put into service within a very short time.

The electric chain hoist is characterised by high operating comfort, high productivity, optimum headroom utilisation and maximum reliability, meeting both the economic and safety-relevant requirements of a modern hoist. Two standard lifting speeds for main and creep lifting, contactor control with 24 V control voltage (with internal tri-state signal transmission), operational limit switches for the highest and lowest hook position for safe cut-off of the chain hoist in the limit positions, and a speed-monitored brake and clutch principle ensure high safety and a long service life.

Gearbox, brake and clutch are maintenance-free for up to 10 years. An operating hours counter can be read from the outside; for service purposes, operating parameters can be read out from the chain hoist control system via an optical display or wirelessly via the built-in infrared diagnostic interface. All electrical connections on the chain hoist are plug-in. A central service compartment allows quick and direct access to all key plug connections and easy chain lubrication. Quick and simple replacement of the chain drive without dismantling motor or gearbox parts.
