ESD anti-fatigue matting Yoga Ergo Stat – Miltex made of polyurethane

The ESD anti-fatigue matting Yoga Ergo Stat is a high-quality workstation mat for ESD workstations and production areas with sensitive electronic components. With a leakage resistance of 1 x 10⁵ to 10⁷ ohms in accordance with DIN IEC 61340-4-1, the mat ensures very good discharge capability and is therefore suitable for electrostatically sensitive work areas.

The noise-dampening and anti-slip surface provides more comfort and safety at the workplace. Bevelled edges on all sides reduce the risk of tripping and enable a safe transition to the floor. In addition, the anti-fatigue matting insulates against cold floors and supports a pleasant working environment even during long periods of standing. The polyurethane material is temperature resistant from −40 °C to +80 °C and is designed for long-term use in demanding industrial environments. The ESD anti-fatigue matting Yoga Ergo Stat is conditionally resistant to many chemicals and oils.

The workstation mat can be driven over by sack trucks, turntable trucks and material trolleys. It offers good slip resistance according to R10 (DIN 51130) as well as a high drainage and ventilation effect according to V10 (DIN 51130). The fire behaviour corresponds to class B2 (normally flammable).

The workstation mat is suitable for workstations at assembly lines, workbenches and machine workstations, as well as for order picking, packing and storage areas. Wherever damage caused by electrostatic charge is to be prevented. Due to its silicone-free model, it meets the requirements of many industrial applications.
