The Orthomat® Standard anti-fatigue matting is the classic solution for ergonomic standing workstations in industry and commerce. It specifically reduces signs of fatigue during standing activities and noticeably improves comfort, safety and productivity at the workstation through its insulating and sound-absorbing properties.
The single-layer workstation mat consists of open-cell PVC foam and offers comfortable cushioning while at the same time providing a secure footing. The non-slip surface in combination with the slip resistance R10 according to DIN 51130 makes it a reliable non-slip matting for dry indoor areas.
The Orthomat® Standard is designed for light to medium loads and is typically used in production lines, on assembly areas, at packing stations or workbenches. It supports the relief of back and joints and thus increases ergonomics in everyday working life.
The mat also impresses in terms of safety technology with fire protection class Dfl-s1 according to EN 13501 and B2 according to DIN 4102. It is optionally available with safety marking to clearly identify work areas.
The anti-fatigue matting is available in various sizes as well as by the metre and can be flexibly adapted to individual workstation requirements. The Orthomat® Standard is therefore a durable and economical solution for ergonomic workstations in dry working environments.
