Yoga Deck Ultra workstation mat fixed dimensions

The Yoga Deck Ultra is an ergonomic workplace mat for dry work areas that combines high comfort with robust durability. It was specially developed for workplaces where employees stand for long periods of time, and helps to reduce physical strain in everyday work. The hard-wearing surface and the cushioning underside relieve legs, joints and back during prolonged standing and promote focused working, especially at workplaces with an increased need for attention.

The non-porous top layer with an anti-slip diamond structure is oil and chemical resistant and is therefore also suitable for demanding industrial and production environments. The foamed PVC base provides physiologically correct cushioning and supports an ergonomic posture. At the same time, the mat is noise-insulating, reduces impact noise and thus contributes to a more pleasant working atmosphere. Furthermore, it is temperature resistant up to +60 °C and designed for long-term use. The good slip resistance according to R10 (DIN 51130) as well as the bevelled edges reduce the risk of accidents and increase safety in the daily workflow.

The anti-fatigue matting is suitable for assembly lines, workbenches, machine workstations as well as picking and packing stations. It also provides a reliable and comfortable standing workstation in warehouse aisles, at sales counters and information desks. The floor mat is available in black or, for additional safety, with yellow signal stripes. These improve visibility, enable better aisle marking and thus support safe orientation in the work area.

The workplace mat is available in fixed dimensions with a width of 600 or 900 mm. Alternatively, it can be individually manufactured to your desired length in a width of 900 mm or 1200 mm. Please note the maximum production length of 22,8 m.
