BLUE® absorbent sheeting suction roll – durable absorbent for large-scale leakage management

The BLUE® absorbent sheeting suction roll in heavy-weight model was developed for demanding cleaning tasks and reliable leakage management. With its high absorption capacity and robust material structure, the absorbent is particularly suitable for large areas where leakages, splash water or spilled liquids must be safely absorbed.

The resilient absorbent sheeting combines strong liquid absorption with high durability. Even at maximum saturation, the absorbent remains dimensionally stable and does not disintegrate. As a result, the suction roll can be handled safely even during extensive cleaning work. The fibres reliably lock in liquids and help to keep work areas clean and controllable. Due to the high absorption capacity, the fleece can bind large quantities of liquid, which reduces material consumption and contributes to cost-effectiveness.

As part of professional leakage management, the suction roll helps to absorb liquids quickly and limit their spread. At the same time, the floor remains slip- and fall-proof, as absorbed liquids are bound in the material. This increases safety in production areas, workshops, warehouses or technical facilities.

The absorbent consists of 75 % recycled fibres and combines high performance with a resource-saving use of materials. In addition, the absorbent sheeting suction roll has fire-retardant properties and has been flame-tested in accordance with ASTM standard E84-08. This provides additional safety in working environments where liquids must be absorbed and controlled.

Absorbs oil, coolants, solvents and water:
diesel fuel, hydraulic oil, synthetic oils, vegetable oil, antifreeze, water-based solvents, propylene glycol, acetone, toluene, xylene, MEK etc., as well as many other non-corrosive liquids.
