Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® folding sump tray – robust emergency sump tray for rapid leak management
The Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® folding sump tray enables rapid provision of retention capacity and supports effective leak management in the event of unexpected liquid spills. Thanks to the integrated wall mechanism, the foldable sump tray is ready for use within a very short time – completely without assembly.
The liquid-tight emergency sump tray consists of an extremely robust, PVC-coated special tarpaulin with reinforced corners. The material is resistant to aggressive media, abrasion and puncturing. This makes the retention solution suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor applications.
An integrated mechanism holds the walls securely in a 90° position. With a gentle push, the side walls can be set up or folded down flat. This allows occasional driving over by truck, stacker or drum truck. When driving over the folded-down wall mechanism, wheel loads of up to 5000 kg are possible. The folding sump tray is therefore suitable for drums, tank containers, tank vehicles and other containers.
For flexible leak management, the tray can be folded up to save space and easily transported or stored. If required, brass eyelets allow ground anchoring for additional stability (ground anchors not included). As a pallet sump tray, it supports the rapid containment of leaks and ensures safety during maintenance work, accidents or temporary storage and handling processes.
A protective tarpaulin under the tray extends the service life (accessories).
