Vermiculite absorbent material – absorbent granulate for the safe absorption of hazardous liquids
The vermiculite absorbent material convinces as a high-performance absorbent granulate for the safe handling of liquid hazardous goods. The high absorption capacity and suitability for the transport of hazardous goods make it a reliable solution for packaging, storage and transport.
The natural filling material is supplied in a practical 50-litre bag and is suitable for absorbing a wide variety of liquids. These include, among others, varnishes, colours, acids and other critical media. The absorbent granulate can absorb up to four times its own weight and binds liquids safely and reliably. This significantly reduces the risk of leaks and contamination during transport.
Specially approved for the transport of hazardous goods, the filling material supports the safe packaging of liquid substances and helps to comply with statutory requirements. As a natural product, the absorbent granulate is harmless to health, has an unlimited shelf life and is straightforward to dispose of. In addition, the material is non-combustible in accordance with DIN 4102 A1 and is therefore also suitable for demanding areas of application.
The quantity planning for the filling material is based on a simple calculation: the required quantity of vermiculite is calculated from the weight of the liquid in kilograms, divided by four. As an absorbent granulate, it ensures additional safety when packaging liquid hazardous goods and supports a clean and controlled transport process.
