Product description
- For pulling or moving loads quickly
- Quiet running thanks to permanently lubricated quality ball bearings
- Balanced load distribution across four wheels
- Manual pulling and moving without a travel drive
- Quick installation by pushing onto the open beam
- Adjustment to various beams using spacer washers
The manual beam trolley enables particularly smooth manual load transport along suitable beams. This allows loads to be moved quickly and in a controlled manner to the desired location without an electric travel drive.
To move, the load is simply pushed or pulled. The self-adjusting swinging movement around the pin axis distributes the weight evenly across four wheels. As a result, the trolley runs stably on the beam and supports controlled movement. Permanently lubricated quality ball bearings reduce rolling resistance while ensuring quiet, smooth running. This facilitates frequent transport operations and reduces the physical effort required. By repositioning the spacer washers, the manual beam trolley can be adjusted to different beam widths. The maximum adjustment width is 203 mm. For installation, the trolley is pushed onto the open beam and then adjusted to fit.
The trolley is suitable for workshops, production areas, warehouses and assembly workstations where loads must be moved regularly along a beam. It handles transport tasks over short distances where a motorised drive is not required. The simple adjustment also enables use on various suitable beam profiles.
