The loading support stand for semi-trailers increases safety during loading and unloading by providing additional support for uncoupled semi-trailers and swap bodies. This significantly reduces the risk of tipping over due to load shifts or driving on them with industrial trucks.
The telescopic loading support stand is positioned like a third leg under the front edge or in the suspension area of the semi-trailer or swap body. There, it reliably absorbs heavy loads and stabilises the parked loading unit during loading and unloading. Considerable forces and weight shifts can occur, particularly when entering with forklift trucks or other industrial trucks. The additional support helps to limit critical movements of the trailer.
Thanks to the integrated running gear, the loading support stand can be moved easily and positioned quickly at the intended location. This facilitates handling with frequently changing vehicles and shortens preparation time at the loading ramp. The ball-bearing top plate supports smooth alignment under the vehicle. The sturdy steel construction enables a very high load-bearing capacity and is suitable for demanding loads in daily operations.
