HSS-Co5 U-groove countersink 90° – precise countersinking with high load capacity

The HSS-Co5 U-groove countersink 90° combines precise machining with a long tool life and efficient operation. Unequal spacing and cobalt-alloyed high-speed steel enable precise, chatter-free countersinking even in demanding materials.

The premium countersink according to DIN 335 Form C is designed for professional applications. The cutting edges ensure uniform material removal and high efficiency during machining. The unequal spacing reduces vibrations and supports smooth machining. This produces precise, round countersinks with very good surface quality.

The 3-sided shank prevents the precision tool from slipping in the drill chuck. This improves power transmission and facilitates controlled machining.
