The HSSG VAPO black twist drill enables precise machining directly at the intended drilling point. Its matched tip geometry allows pinpoint spot drilling without pre-drilling, thereby reducing additional work steps in professional drilling applications.
The PREMIUM precision tool according to DIN 338 is designed as HSS type VA – VAPO. The point angle of 130° supports controlled penetration into the material. This allows the drill to be positioned precisely and guided securely. Particularly during repetitive drilling operations, this contributes to reproducible results and efficient machining.
The surface of the cutting tool is black vapourised. This surface treatment creates fine pores that can absorb lubricants better.
