- 3-sided shank – no slipping in the drill chuck
Countersink and deburring tool Premium Linenull – precise results for deep countersinks
Der Premium Linenull countersink and deburring tool enables precise machining even for deep countersinks. The unequal spacing supports smooth tool running and ensures precise, round as well as chatter-free countersinks with a high-quality surface.
The precision tool made of ground HSS-G has a countersinking angle of 90° and complies with DIN 335. The precise tool geometry is tailored to professional applications in metalworking. Due to the unequal spacing, disruptive vibrations during machining are reduced. This allows chatter marks to be avoided and uniform results to be achieved. This reduces the effort required for additional rework.
The special U-groove enables conical recesses with a flat bottom. At the same time, the model is suitable for deep countersinks. This facilitates machining tasks where hard-to-reach areas must be machined in a precise and controlled manner. The cutting edge geometry supports clean material removal and high surface quality.
For a reliable grip, the machining tool has a 3-flat shank. This prevents slipping in the drill chuck and improves power transmission. This contributes to safe guidance of the precision tool and to reproducible work results.
The PREMIUM countersink and deburring tool was developed especially for use in cordless drills. This makes it suitable for flexible machining in the workshop, production and assembly. The combination of HSS-G, U-groove and low-chatter tool geometry enables controlled countersinking and deburring work even in demanding, deep-set machining areas.
