The countersink and deburring tool Premium Line HSS-G 90° enables precise machining with high surface quality. Its unequal spacing reduces disruptive vibrations and supports exact, round as well as chatter-free countersinks – an important prerequisite for clean results in professional metalworking.
The precision tool is made of ground HSS-G and is manufactured to DIN 335. The countersink angle of 90° enables controlled and dimensionally accurate machining. Thanks to the unequal spacing, the cutting tool runs particularly smoothly. Chatter marks are effectively reduced. The result is uniform surfaces that can reduce the effort required for additional reworking.
The 3-flat shank ensures a reliable grip in the drill chuck. It prevents unwanted spinning of the precision tool and enables secure power transmission. Especially during demanding work, this design contributes to controlled machining and consistent results.
