TCT metal hole saw set – high-performance tool for demanding metals

The TCT metal hole saw set includes 18 precisely matched components for clean drilling in resistant metal materials. The robust carbide teeth ensure high cutting performance and are durable. This makes the tool suitable for demanding work in workshops, assembly and industrial manufacturing.

The set contains hole saws with diameters of 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 mm. In addition, six centre drills with a stepped tip, four ejection springs and two key wrenches are included in the scope of delivery. This means all important components are directly available for a reliable workflow. The centre drills facilitate precise positioning and support controlled drilling progress.

The cutting edges made of TCT enable clean cutting results even with hard materials. The 3-sided shank ensures a secure fit in the drill chuck and prevents slipping under higher loads. This ensures that power is reliably transmitted to the drill and work remains controlled.

The maximum cutting depth is 30 mm. To achieve the full cutting depth, the ejection spring should be removed. This facilitates deep drilling and extends the application possibilities of the tool. The set is suitable for stainless steel, high-alloy steels, non-ferrous metals, aluminium and cast iron, and supports precise drilling for demanding metalwork.
