Thread repair case – versatile tool for professional thread repair
The thread repair case offers an extensive tool range for quick recutting and professional repair of damaged threads. With 130 carefully coordinated components, the set enables reliable repair and helps to reuse components economically.
The range includes drills, taps for thread inserts, inserting tools, tang breaking tools and thread inserts in various sizes. All components are optimally coordinated with each other and support a structured workflow. Damaged internal threads can be precisely refurbished and permanently repaired, which often helps to avoid costly spare parts or complex reworking.
The drills included allow the preparation of the damaged thread before the matching thread inserts are inserted using the other tools. This creates resilient threaded connections that reliably restore the original thread seat. The set is suitable for repair, maintenance and servicing work in workshops, production plants and mechanical engineering.
All tools are clearly arranged in a sturdy case. The orderly layout facilitates the selection of the matching components and ensures that each part is quickly close at hand. After use, all drills and tools can be safely stowed away. The extensive scope of delivery makes the thread repair case a practical solution for professional thread repairs and recurring maintenance work.
