WELDON extension – more reach for precise drilling work

The WELDON extension extends the working range of core drills and enables drilling in hard-to-reach areas. The robust tool was developed specially for core drills with a 19 mm WELDON holder from a diameter of 26 mm and ensures flexible adaptation to different application requirements.

By using the extension, greater drilling depths can be achieved without sacrificing precision or stability. Especially for constructions with large material thicknesses, it offers a practical solution when conventional drills reach their reach. The extension can be used in combination with ejector pins. This ensures that the drill core remains reliably ejectable after the drilling process and the workflow is not interrupted.

Another advantage is that several extensions can be combined with one another. They can easily be slotted into each other, creating a greater overall length. This increases the flexibility of the tool and enables its use even in demanding drilling situations where particularly deep or through-holes are required.

The WELDON extension is particularly suitable for drilling through both flange sides of H- and I-steel beams.
