The PE sump tray for 200 l drums combines durable HDPE with a high max. load and flexible storage options. In Euro pallet dimensions, it supports safe drum storage and can be integrated into existing storage structures.

The sump tray is made of exceptionally robust, highly resistant polyethylene. With a distributed load, it supports up to 600 kg. Without a grid, it offers space for one 200-litre drum or smaller containers. With a grid, two 200-litre drums, six 60-litre drums or various small containers can be stored. This makes the tray suitable both for conventional drum storage and as a small container sump tray.

Four sturdy feet ensure stability and make it easy to pick up with industrial trucks. The PE sump tray can be accessed from four sides. Depending on the entry side, the distance between the feet is 520 or 760 mm respectively. This allows it to be flexibly lifted, moved and positioned within the facility. Integration into existing storage and transport processes is also facilitated.

Standard pallet collars can be attached to the tray. This allows the available storage space to be adapted to different containers and workflows. The general building authority approval supports safe use in commercial environments.

The PE sump tray retains escaping liquids in a controlled manner. This protects floors and adjacent work areas from contamination. Structured storage also facilitates the inspection of containers and supports operational safety requirements. This product is ideal for storing aggressive media such as acids, alkalis and oils.

Max. load max. 600 kg (distributed load).
Without grid for 1 x 200-litre drum or small containers.
With grid for 2 x 200-litre drums, 6 x 60-litre drums or small containers.
