PE sump tray for 4 x 200 l drums

The PE sump tray for 4 x 200 l drums offers a secure and flexible solution for storing hazardous substance containers. The robust low-profile sump tray made of durable polyethylene in chemical pallet dimensions enables clearly arranged provisioning directly on the tray grid or on suitable pallets.

The construction consists of chemical- and UV-resistant MDPE. The sump tray and grid are manufactured entirely from polyethylene and are therefore highly resistant to oils, acids, alkalis and other chemicals. The plastic sump tray is therefore suitable for the compliant indoor storage of aggressive and water-polluting liquids of GHS categories 1 – 4.

The PE grid provides a stable storage surface for drums and small containers. Alternatively, pallets in chemical pallet dimensions of 1200 x 1200 mm can be placed directly on the sump tray. This facilitates the structured storage of different containers and supports easy access to the stored drums.

The low-profile sump tray can be accessed from all four sides by stacker and pallet truck. The fork pockets on the long side are each 220 mm long and have a spacing of 270 or 400 mm. This allows the plastic sump tray to be picked up flexibly and relocated within the premises. The robust PE perforated panels are removable and feature cut-outs for easy handling.

When not in use, the sump tray can be stacked to save space. The general technical approval from the DIBt, Berlin, under approval number Z-40.22-380 supports use for the compliant indoor storage of hazardous liquids in production areas, warehouses and hazardous substance workplaces.
