PE sump tray with four feet for 60-litre drums
The PE sump tray for 60-litre drums combines safe hazardous substance protection with flexible internal handling. Four sturdy feet allow access with pallet trucks or stackers, thereby facilitating the relocation of the plastic sump tray.
The small container sump tray has a sump capacity of 60 litres. Without a grate, a 60-litre container can be placed directly inside. In the model with a GRP grate or zinc plated grate, the plastic sump tray provides space for up to two 60-litre containers. The max. load is 150 kg with an evenly distributed load.
The polyethylene used is highly resistant to oils, acids and alkalis. The lightweight, robust and durable construction is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. In addition, the small container sump tray is weather-resistant and easy to clean when required. This supports the reliable and structured storage of hazardous substances.
The four feet provide sufficient clearance for industrial trucks. This allows the plastic sump tray to be picked up safely during internal transport or relocation, provided operational requirements are taken into account. Spilled liquids are retained in the tray area. This reduces the risk of ground contamination and facilitates the monitoring and removal of leakages.
The PE sump tray is suitable for the safe storage and internal transport of aggressive and water-polluting liquids in GHS categories 1 – 4. It has a national technical approval from the DIBt, Berlin. Suitable for production areas, workshops, warehouses, laboratories and hazardous substance workstations with 60-litre containers.
