Stainless steel pedal bin – hygienic pedal waste collector for sensitive areas

The stainless steel pedal bin enables hygienic waste disposal in areas with high cleanliness requirements. The robust pedal waste collector is resistant to cleaning agents, solvents and disinfectants, making it particularly suitable for cleanrooms and sensitive working environments.

The sturdy stainless steel pedal mechanism allows the waste collector to be opened without touching the lid with your hands. This supports hygienic workflows and reduces unnecessary contact points. At the same time, the low-noise lid dampening ensures that the lid closes in a controlled and quiet manner. This means that the pedal waste collector can also be used in work areas where the lowest possible noise level is required.

For convenient changing of the waste bag, the stainless steel pedal bin features a sprung back panel and a conically shaped interior. This makes it easier to remove the filled bag from the waste collector. This simplifies regular emptying and cleaning tasks and supports efficient operational processes.

The pedal waste collector is available with or without an optional stainless steel inner container. With a capacity of 40, 70 or 120 litres, the waste collector can be selected to suit the respective volume of waste. The compact 40-litre model is supplied without castors. In contrast, the versions with 70 and 120 litres feature two castors, each with a diameter of 75 mm. This allows even larger waste collectors to be moved easily within the work area and positioned as required.

Developed for cleanrooms with high standards, ideal for cleanliness classes ≥ ISO 14644-1: 4 and US Fed. Standard 209E: 10.
