PEH electric chain hoist with hook suspension

The PEH electric chain hoist impresses with its resistant profile steel chain and robust construction. Thanks to the completely ready-to-use wiring with control switch, 1,8 m control length and 5 m mains cable with CEE plug, the chain hoist is immediately ready for operation and suitable for lifting heavy loads in industry, warehouses and workshops.

The modularly designed electric chain hoist features a robust contactor control without sensitive electronics. Housing and cover made of die-cast aluminium ensure high stability combined with a low weight. The high smooth running enables controlled and precise lifting of loads even with frequent duty cycles. The dry-running slip clutch, the permanently lubricated gearbox and the low-wear DC spring-applied brake ensure reliable operation even under heavy use. With ingress protection IP65, the chain hoist is protected against dust and strong water jets and is therefore also suitable for outdoor use.

Particularly noteworthy is the case-hardened and manganese-phosphated profile steel chain. It offers an increased load capacity compared to conventional round steel chains and is characterised by improved emergency running properties as well as being durable. The 8-compartment chain safety supports a safe lifting process even under demanding conditions. In addition, the polygon connection facilitates maintenance and repair work, which can reduce downtimes. The special design of the shaft-hub connections also enables a faster exchange of components and supports economical service processes.

The PEH electric chain hoist is suitable for industry, trade, workshops, storage areas as well as plant and mechanical engineering. Wherever heavy loads have to be moved regularly, this chain hoist ensures safe and precise lifting processes. The ergonomic control supports comfortable and fatigue-free working during repetitive lifting tasks. The robust control switch is designed for continuous use and is controlled via a safe 42-V low voltage. Pushbuttons arranged in parallel facilitate operation, while the integrated strain relief additionally protects the control cable.
