Electric drum pump – powerful chemical pump for efficient residual emptying

The electric drum pump enables the safe and efficient transfer of highly flammable liquids from drums and containers. As a powerful chemical pump for solvents, it impresses with its sealless design and the capability for extensive residual emptying. This allows valuable media to be better utilised and reduces disposal costs.

The ergonomically designed motor housing ensures comfortable handling in everyday work. An easily accessible on-off switch enables uncomplicated operation of the container pump. Pumping processes can thus be started and stopped in a controlled manner, facilitating handling during regular decanting.

A particular advantage is the sealless design of the pump units. This also enables temporary dry running and supports reliable operation during drum and container emptying. The chemical pump is specifically intended for transferring solvents in potentially explosive atmospheres. The respective explosion protection specifications and operating conditions must be observed.

Thorough residual emptying leaves fewer liquid residues in the containers. This reduces product loss and can lower the costs for disposing of contaminated empty containers. At the same time, the environmental impact caused by remaining residual quantities is reduced.

The container pump is suitable for highly flammable hydrocarbons and solvents such as ethanol, petrol, butanol, isopropanol, kerosene, methanol and petroleum. The electric chemical pump thus supports controlled transferring and the economical residual emptying of corresponding media in industry, production and chemical-technical work areas.
For aggressive media or unclear media suitability, please enquire about resistance in advance.
Supplied flat pack – easy self-assembly.
The max. delivery rate is a value determined on a test bench, measured with water at a medium temperature of approx. 20 °C. The measurement is carried out at the discharge connection of the pump, without hose, nozzle or flow meter. The delivery rate achievable in use is lower and depends on the individual application, the properties of the medium and the configuration of the pump. The max. delivery head also depends on the pump design, motor and medium. The viscosity values are determined using oil.
