Digital flow meter K24 – precise flow meter for AdBlue® applications

The digital flow meter K24 enables reliable recording of delivery rates and supports precise control during the dispensing of AdBlue® and AUS 32 (urea solution). The compact flow meter combines a fuel gauge and totaliser in one device and can be mounted directly onto a pump.

The flow meter is made of robust plastic and is designed for a flow rate of 6 to 100 l/min. The integrated 1'' male thread as well as the supplied 90° elbow piece allow direct mounting to the pump. This simplifies the installation and supports space-saving integration into existing delivery systems.

With the easy-to-read fuel gauge, users can keep track of the current filling level. In addition, the totaliser reliably documents the dispensed quantity of liquid. The flow meter thus contributes to a controlled dispensing of media and transparent consumption recording. This facilitates the monitoring of operational processes and supports demand-oriented replenishment planning.

The flow meter is particularly suitable for use on a CUBE tank for AUS 32 (AdBlue®). In connection with a suitable pump, the device ensures reliable quantity measurement and supports safe as well as economical handling of urea solution in daily operations.
AdBlue® is a registered trademark of the German Association of the Automotive Industry.
