easyFILL ONE 400 grease gun – PRESSOL for 400 g cartridge

The easyFILL ONE 400 grease gun enables precise and effortless lubrication of machines, vehicles and systems. It is designed for 400 g grease cartridges and is suitable for greases up to NLGI 2 at 20 °C. The compact grease gun supports efficient maintenance work in workshops, production and vehicle fleets.

The ergonomic and anti-slip handle ensures secure guidance and good power transmission. The design enables lubrication with just one hand. This leaves the other hand free to secure components or to position the grease gun at lubrication points that are difficult to access.

Via the handle, grease delivery can be switched from a high volume to high pressure. This allows grease discharge to be adapted to different lubrication points and maintenance tasks. This facilitates both the quick lubrication of larger bearing points and the targeted supply of individual grease nipples. Rapid venting is achieved by half a turn of the grease gun tube.

The scope of delivery includes a reinforced hose with sealing ring and a precision nozzle. The ten grease follower pistons support a reliable grease feed from the cartridge. Zinc plated components such as handle, lever and pull tab increase durability in regular use. With a maximum delivery pressure of 200 bar, the grease gun is also suitable for more demanding lubrication tasks.
