Two-handed grease gun – PRESSOL for greases up to NLGI 2

The two-handed grease gun enables the reliable lubrication of machinery, vehicles and technical systems with greases up to NLGI 2 at 20 °C. Thanks to two-handed operation, a particularly powerful lubrication pressure can be built up even against high counterpressure. This makes the grease gun suitable for demanding maintenance work in workshops, production, agriculture and vehicle fleets.

The design based on the vacuum principle facilitates handling and enables quick cartridge replacement. The 500 g screw-in cartridge is emptied completely. As a result, only minimal grease residue remains in the container, while the fill level and grease type remain visible from the outside. This supports a clean and economical workflow.

The pump piston, cylinder and O-ring are manufactured with a fit accuracy of 6 µm. This reduces the risk of apparent lubrication. The grease is reliably delivered to the lubrication point. With a delivery pressure of up to 400 bar, the two-handed grease gun is also suitable for heavily stressed components.

The ergonomic, non-slip handle facilitates power transmission and ensures safe operation. The cataphoresis-coated hand lever is designed for regular use. An armoured hose with sealing ring, a precision nozzle and a hose holder are included. The compact design supports use at varying maintenance locations.
