Key box KeyGarage™ with Bluetooth® – flexible key storage via app
The KeyGarage™ 787 Smart-BT enables convenient and controlled key storage for changing groups of people. Via the HomeTec Pro Bluetooth® app, access authorisations can be easily managed and made available for up to 28 users at the same time.
The key safe designed for wall mounting facilitates the organisation of access to shared properties. Authorised persons quickly receive access to stored keys or cards. This makes a personal key handover unnecessary. Especially with frequently changing users, processes can be designed efficiently and clearly.
Administration is carried out using the HomeTec Pro Bluetooth® app, through which you as admin can generate a six-digit numerical code for other people who should also have access without a smartphone to the items stored in the smart KeyGarage™: for example, holiday guests in the holiday apartment, tradespeople, cleaners or mobile care services.
Another option is to send an electronic access ticket via the app. The Bluetooth® KeyGarage™ features the currently most secure AES-128-bit encryption. After use, the automatic locking mechanism ensures that the key safe is secured again.
The spacious interior compartment with two hooks offers sufficient space for entire bunches of keys. Up to 20 keys, three car keys or up to 30 plastic cards can be temporarily provided in the KeyGarage™ 787 Smart-BT. This makes the key storage suitable, for example, for office buildings, vehicle fleets, technical services, holiday properties or other commercial applications with regularly changing authorised users.
Two AA batteries are required for operation. The battery compartment is accessible from the outside and allows batteries to be replaced without having to open the KeyGarage™ 787 Smart-BT. We recommend mounting the key box on the wall in a protected outdoor area.
